Replacement housemate wanted

The room is very nice, complete with modern oak furnishings and the housemates are friendly. It's in a great location just behind the hospital; a 2 - 3 minute walk from ALDI/ LIDL and a 20 minute walk into town.

It's a large single room, located on the ground floor next to the living room and spare bathroom. The house comes included with a shared living room with flat screen TV/ shared kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, washing machine/ on road parking on a quiet road next to the house/ very fast fiber optic broadband

all bills included including council tax

I'm working from home during this lockdown and
