We are new homeowners looking to let a room in our new home. We are looking for respectful, considerate tenants that will enjoy a clean and tidy home as we do. We are both 30 year old professionals - a teacher and telesales executive. The room that is available is a double room with a private bathroom. We are looking for like minded people and may consider a student. We are 20 minutes walk from Chichester town centre and 10 minutes from the university and St Richard’s hospital. Rooms will be furnished! We have a dog called Luna (Dobermann) she 1 years old you’d need to be a big dog person as she is a big part of our life.
