A bright, spacious single room , 8 mins from the c

Hi,
I'm letting a single room with plenty of cupboard space, bright and cosy. It's only ten minutes walk into town and the road is friendly and full of character.
There's always parking someone close to the house and it's non permit.
I live there with my teenage son but we're only there for part of the week.
There's still a downstairs bathroom and work to put in another will be carried out later in the year. So short term let is possible but arrangements can be made if the lodger wants to remain.
I'm looking for a responsible, tidy and cheerful person who I can trust to look after the housevwhen Im not there and not throw wild parties!!!
By the way, the train track is close but as it's not far from the station there's only a few straight through noisy ones.
I would like to interview by email in the first inst and then video phone.
