Available as a seven day or Monday-Friday let on a monthly or week-by-week basis.

Self-contained garden Annex with en-suite shower room and kitchenette (sink, fridge & microwave) but no other cooking facilities. Full cooking and laundry facilities are easily accessed in the main house. There is a foldaway desk with chair if required.

Wheelchair friendly with step free access.

It has a very comfortable double bed which folds up to reveal a sofa. There is some storage. Bed linen and towels can be provided and the room will be cleaned regularly. .

Equipped with SMART TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating.

Please note that no guests are allowed and it is not available to smokers.

Rent for single occupancy would be Mon-Fri let £700/month & £900/month for full week. Please add £100/month for couples.
