Large Double Room, Garden & Garage

I’m going abroad until mid Feb. My room is a large double with a super expensive orthopaedic mattress, built in wardrobe - read the underneath etc..

I can’t remove the furniture, but it’s worth the price.

I have a large Double Room with built in wardrobes, to rent in Stockbridge/Donnington area, just past the Co-Op (2min walk). Part Furnished. I am a live in Landlord, but usually away at weekends. The house has an open plan kitchen/ living room, perfect for hosting dinner parties, with a large conservatory and a south facing garden with a gas BBQ.

Preferably looking for a young professional. I’m 33 years old, and run a landscaping business, never in the house during the day - so if you work from home - 💪.

I have a spare single room that can be transformed into an office, should you need to work from home (extra fees may apply - depending on how frequently you use the office)

Couples Welcome but at a slightly higher price.

18min walk to Chichester Station, 23min walk to town centre.

Crown & Anchor, Dell Quay- 4min drive, 30min walk.

Bus stop at end of road, 4mins to City Centre or 15 mins to Witterings.

Parking Space in Off Road Private compound behind property, access through back garden gate.

I have a storage unit, so can unfurnish the room if required.
