Single room above average size

My home is accredited by chichester district council , so 3 or more lodgers you have to be registered and pay tax to HRMC yearly which means it meets all the criteria of a safe immaculate home . My home is a 12 minute walk down chi canal to town , I provide . All washing powders , loo roll , hand soap , easier that way ! . The house is super warm in the winter and has a combi boiler , so the hot water never runs out , on demand . I do own a cockapoo called Jessie , who does not smell of a dog , does not malt , and is hypo allergenic. In fact she only smells of aftershave or perfume ! . I have sky broadband, Netflix and amazon prime . All bills included , oh and their is a fully functional burglar alarm .
