Double room with ensuite, Central Chichester

We have a double room with en suite available to let in our spacious house in Central Chichester. We are looking for a professional tenant who is sensible, organised, tidy and amenable to share our home with our other friendly tenants.
The downstairs room is refurbished, quiet and cosy with double bed, desk chair and in built storage cupboard. The en-suite is modern, bright and clean.
Our laundry rooms have washing machine, tumble dryer and airers, and the shared spacious modern kitchen facilities have personal storage space and seating and dining facilities. The comfortable open plan living room overlooks the garden and is south facing.

Parking is on street in our very quiet cul de sac and permits can be bought from the council. The town centre is 5 minutes walk away. We have two beautiful parks adjacent to our street.
Light cleaning of communal areas and gardening will be provided either weekly or fortnightly. Council tax/ utilities will be covered by a fixed amount (discussed beforehand) and charged monthly with the rent.
