Double room with ensuite in detached house

Hi. I have a south facing double room overlooking the garden with an ensuite shower /wc. Contains double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, armchair, built-in wardrobe and TV. Room is 12"6(3.8 metres) x10"11(3.3 metres). There's room to bring another piece of furniture if you wanted. The house is light and airy with a calm feel in a small quiet cul-de-sac. There's a shared kitchen/dinner, living room (with log burner-cozy for the winter) and utility room with washing machine and dryer. It has a lovely South facing garden with garden table and chairs plus sun loungers to lap up the summer sun. There is off street parking and a secure place to store your bike outside at the back of the house. All bills are included apart from council tax (£50, band E) Its a 15/20 min walk into town and 10/15 min walk to theatre dependant on walking speed. Takes me 15 minutes to walk into town. There is just me living here. I'm looking for a female preferably but will consider males.
