The house is a two bedroom cottage with a garden. It is in a nice quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes walk from the railway station and 20 minutes walk to the hospital. It would suit someone looking for a quiet home.

The spacious living area is open plan. There is only one bathroom. The kitchen has all the usual amenities but no dishwasher.

There is a very friendly cat in the house. Warning: He does sometimes leave gifts of dead mice but otherwise the perfect pet for a cat lover.

Ceilings in this house are low so this would probably not suit anyone over 6 feet tall.

This vacancy is strictly for a non-smokers only. No vaping either.
