The bedroom is fully furnished and is located on the ground floor and is the only bedroom on this floor. There is a cloakroom/toilet located on the ground floor plus kitchen/diner, lounge, and access to the garden.

The bedroom has the benefit of a desk for studying etc and we will also be installing its own fridge, kettle and supplying plates, bowls & cuttlery so you can be more self sufficent.

Five other bedrooms are located on the first and second floor with a family bathroom with bath and shower on the first floor.

This is a family home with two children and a cat. A student would be preferable and meals and washing can be negotiable.
