About me, I'm a sociable, private person, when I'm not busy working I teach and train kung Fu, enjoy walking, socialising, board games,. going to the pub and playing pool. I'm the home owner and have no children and enjoy living in a clean, quiet and relaxing environment. I've had 4 lodgers in the past, never had any issues with any of them and generally enjoy having someone else around.

I'm seeking a single occupant, sorry no couples, who will want to live here for a year, or longer, work from home up to 2 days per week.
Rent paid on the 1st of the month, one month's rent held as a deposit.
