There are four double bedrooms across the two floors, each with plenty of storage and natural light. They are fully-furnished, with double bed/mattress, desk, chest of drawers and built-in or free-standing wardrobes.

Some parking is available in the town centre through a system of residents' parking permits (maximum 2 per property) and there is an option of buying a season ticket for some of the car parks in town.

You would have the chance to meet the other housemates. The current household is one male and two females, all studying for the final year of their degree programmes. One is studying acting for film, one is studying media and communications, and one is studying teaching of musical theatre. They are looking for a chilled-out, and reasonably tidy, new housemate to join them from summer 2026.

Managed within the popular Chispace co-living brand, the property is maintained to the highest standard. You will have 24/7 contact for maintenance and repairs via a community WhatsApp. The most rigorous standards are set for health and safety, you will be provided with a contract for your tenancy and your deposit will be protected in a government scheme. The property is accredited by the local council, and the agent is an accredited member of the National Residential Landlord's Association.

You will not be charged any application or referencing fees.
