Room to rent in family home

Room to rent in family home with myself and my soon to be 5 year old son and our 17 month old cocker spaniel. I work nights in a care home, so my son isn’t here at night much because of this and going to his dads. My dog comes to work with me. However you must bear in mind there is a child in the house so it’s not a party household and neither is it peaceful 24/7 but he’s a good kid and loves people. You must like dogs. Our home has parking and a garden, there’s a bus route just outside which takes you to Chichester. We are in a nice quiet area.
The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, double bed with storage draws, draws, bedside table and a table to put a tv on. Looking for a clean and tidy, working housemate to join our easy going home. We like to spend time on our own but also mingle with others. Please feel free to send me a message on here.
The room is only for rent again due to previous lodger wanting it to be a room for couples which is not want I want.
Bills included, including fortnightly cleaner.
