Room to rent in family home

Room to rent in family home. At home is myself and my partner, my 7 year old son and every other weekend my partners daughter. My son is often at his dad’s on the weekends. We also have a very friendly spaniel who loves nothing but cuddles and attention.

I work in a school term time only and my partner works Monday-fri. We are looking for someone to blend into the home, that tidies after themselves and is friendly. Obviously with children at times things can be noisy at times etc but generally we are a relaxed household who is out a lot of the time.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Use of kitchen/lounge/bathrooms/garden is very welcome. You will have your own cupboard and small fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen.

Our parking spaces are occupied but the estate has lay-bys to park in if required.

The 55 bus route is just outside.

Bills included.
No commercial vehicles are allowed on our estate.

NO COUPLES

Once the current lodger leaves we will be spending a week redecorating the bedroom and ensuring it is back up to our standard due to current lodgers lack of care for the room. Pictures used are of what the room previously looked like.
