Large double room with ensuite available in a 3-storey townhouse in the Graylingwell Park area. Available from the 1st August but happy to be flexible.
Currently the house is occupied by the homeowner (me) and a lodger (male). Both are working professionals who are keen on keeping fit, socialising and enjoy getting outdoors at the weekend. Not that a healthy TV show binge-watch goes amiss!
Looking for a professional who's respectful, can clean up after themselves and are friendly.
The house is a 5 minute walk to Havenstoke Park, 20 minute walk into town. Aldi, Sainsburys also within walking distance. Graylingwell Chapel, which puts on numerous events and performances, is close by and adds to the community feel.
Currently the room has a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in it.
