The room is a large double on the first floor of a three storey property. Furnished with solid timber bed frame, luxury orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe and drawers. There is space for you to add other furniture - even a sofa, if you wish to create a private living space. Please note: the photograph of the bedroom is of a similar room in the same property. The room on offer is going to refurbished and we do not have a photo of it at the moment as the current tenant has been in residence for several years.

There is a large shared kitchen/diner at the property - with plenty of space for everyone to cook and eat together.

The room shares a bath/shower room with one other tenant - and there are a further two shower rooms at the property.

There is a well maintained rear garden, with finding area - ideal for entertaining and BBQs.

All utility bills, council tax and broadband are inclusive in rent. In addition, a cleaner visits the property fortnightly to service the shared areas of the house.....again at no additional cost to the tenants. The garden is also maintained regularly by the landlord.

The household are all hard working professionals who enjoy the company of co-living. Guests are welcome at the house.

This property is managed within the popular Chichester-based co-living brand 'Chi Space'. This means that you can be sure that you will live in a well-maintained home, with the very highest standards of fire and health related safety. You will be provided with a contract for your tenancy and your deposit will be protected in a government scheme. You will not be charged any bogus referencing or application fees. You will have access to help with the property 24/7 via a dedicated WhatsApp group shared with our maintenance team.

Unfortunately, children cannot be resident at the property due to conditions of our licensing and child-safeguarding.

Please note: our properties are not allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We will always hold a number of viewings over the period of a few days and will then offer our chosen candidates that chance to progress their application. We are looking for the best tenants for our landlord clients, and will consider your employment / income as part of our process. In addition, we will also try to make sure that incoming tenants are a good fit for the existing household, and may take the current tenants preferences into account in choosing the right candidates.
