Hello,
I’m Joya and I co-owner with my partner Chris we are looking to rent out one of our double bedroom that will come with its own private family size bathroom. This would be exclusively yours, with the odd exception for our very occasional guest the might stay in our spare room and by odd I would say 1 visitor every 6-12 months.
To give you some insight about us and our household, we like to maintain a clean and tidy home for everyone’s enjoyment. We are both quiet and respectful couple that both work full time. We have three loveable dogs that are a big part of our lives, I wouldn’t recommend viewing if you got any allergies or fearfulness toward animals. We have a medium Doberman called Luna and 2 small Pomeranians that call Teddy and Gracie. Luna is very vocal to new visitors and you’d have to have a touch of patience.
We have an open plan layout for the downstairs and due to this like to maintain a minimal look and would respectfully as the same of the tenant.
We offer the new prospective tenant a private cupboard, and half a large cupboard for pots and pans, private fridge. The bills that are included are the rent, council tax and broadband, and would asked that the gas, electric and water to be contributed to depending on consumption.
There is street parking 🅿️ for the new tenant to enjoy and we are a 5 minute walk to the university, 15 minute walk to town, and a 10 minute walk to the hospital.
Our home is ideally situated for commuters looking to take the A27 out of Chichester and a 2 minute drive to the retail park where you can enjoy easy access to Iceland, Aldi, and M&S to name a few.
Please note that we will require three months of bank statements or pay slips to ensure affordability. 1 months rent as a deposit. We would also ask for a DBS check due to the nature of our work.
We hope to find someone with similar values that can live with us in harmony and relax after a long day at work.
