Room available in a quiet and peaceful flat with stunning views of the Cathedral and amazing sun rises and sunsets that never get dull. The flat is triple aspect flooding the property with lots of light all day long, even in the winter the flat has the advantage of not being overlooked and preventing sunlight from getting in.
The room is currently used as a guest bedroom and home office. Personal items will be removed including the desk but all other furnishings will remain (bedding not included). The room is set up to take a tv mounted on the wall where you will have access to EE TV with Netflix’s included.
There is onsite parking as well as a bike store and the flat comes with double aspect outdoor space.
The property is 30 minutes walk to the centre of the city and we have a reliable bus service that runs twice an hour Monday to Sunday. If you have a bike it is around 10-15 minutes to get into the city centre.
Nearby is Sainsbury’s and Portfield retail park. Both easily accessible by foot. Easy access to both Goodwood and Rolls Royce without getting caught up in Chichester traffic. St Richard’s Hospital is <2 miles.
Chichester train station is 1.5 miles.
Barnham train station is 4.9 miles.
Shared living spaces will be the kitchen and living area along with the bathroom.
The room would suit a likeminded professional working in a hybrid model / full time office pattern or post graduate, PhD student.
Initially looking for 3-6 month stay, however if a good fit then we can discuss longer term plans.
Open to mid-week offers at a reduced rate.
To enjoy living here you will need to be a lover of cats, they will have the final decision on who the room will be offered to.
