The West Shed is a light, deceptive space offering a peaceful escape in the historic City of Chichester. Complete with modern basics it has a minimalist feel, clean lines & is full of natural light. The living space is overlooked by a low vaulted bed deck with double bed.

This space is on offer to a quiet, professional person who is looking for a short term stay. it may suit weekday professionals in Chichester who return home at weekends.

Note: This tiny home is located in our family garden within a quiet, local community & as such is not a party venue. It is available to rent to a solo person.

Overview:

The private entrance leads into a low-level corridor, and past a modern bathroom into a main room.

The living space is light and airy, with a vaulted ceiling, velux windows and dimmer controlled lights. It offers a small sofa bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers.

Within the main living space there is a small kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, sink, fridge with ice box, and combination oven. There is a single plate plug-in hob.

The bed deck sits in the vaulted ceiling and as such is meant for sleeping only. This is not suitable for people with limited mobility as access is via steep cabin steps with handrails.
The space offers a low, double flat bed and is accessed from the corridor.
The bed-deck over-looks the main room.

The shower-room features an electric walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin, with mirror. There is a small cupboard and a shelf to store toiletries.

Garden: There is a small, contained patio space with table and chairs for sole use.

For longer stays there is access to a washing machine.

Cleaning: There is the availability of a cleaner for a small, additional weekly fee.

Parking: There is sone on-street parking available in the daytime and if you are here overnight there is lots of availability. Parking is not available on the property, but a brief telephone call will put your mind at rest as to the best places to park.
