Double Room with Bathroom and Shared Living Space

This spacious double room has beautiful beams, a skylight, and a built-in wardrobe. It is technically unfurnished, but we can negotiate a forward sale of the bed frame and mattress if you wish. The common areas are furnished with my flatmate's thrifted furniture. You'll have your own bathroom with a bath (which doubles as a shower).


Including bills we have been paying on average around £800-850 (rent, council tax, water, wifi, gas and electricity).

The contract is directly with the landlord via a letting agency and it would be a shared tenency with my flatmate (so the two of you) for a minimum of 12 months (with a break clause).
The pavilion and chapel are lovely community spaces nearby; you have Havenstoke Park as your garden and a bus on your doorstep, which takes you into town. The station is less than a 30-minute walk away, and your nearest supermarket is Aldi, less than 10 minutes on foot. We have a resident and visitor permit, which we use to park.
