Nearby the beautiful Graylingwell Park is a double bedroom available in one of the hottest properties in Chichester. The room is available from 16th January.

The location and property:
Longley Road: It is a 15-minute walk into town and 20-minute walk to Chichester Station, this stunning new build offers a second floor double room with an en suite bathroom with shower. The room comes unfurnished (bed is ex-roommates but gives an idea of scale) but has plenty of storage space.

The kitchen – complete with fridge/freezer, oven, electric stove top, airfryer, dishwasher and washer/dryer – with awesome living room space including French doors balcony. There is also a garden and patio through double doors out of the kitchen - though with a two minute walk to The Pavillion and Graylingwell Park you might not need it!

There is a big, shared living room complete with TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, NowTV) sound system, vinyl, CD and tape decks, DVD and Blu Ray players. Expect lots of guitars!

Unfortunately, currently there is no extra parking available, but we can apply for another pass to make a "visitor" parking spot nearby available.

Rent and Bills:
The price - £750 - includes bills (water, electricity, high speed broadband, tv license) and council tax but excludes gas as we are yet to confirm a 2025 price.

Housemates:
We are two brothers; young, male, creative professionals looking to invite a laid-back, friendly, like-minded, reliable and tidy housemate into one of the coolest digs in Chichester. We love music, cinema, motorsport, photography, food and so much more. We cook most evenings and would be happy to extend our current HelloFresh meals to include a third person if you so wished.
