Large ground floor room in family house

We’re a friendly family of 4 (two adults two kids age 3 and 6) looking to rent out our downstairs bedroom in our newly renovated house.

The room has a new large 4 door wardrobe, double bed and side table. There is also room for a sofa, a large desk or dining table to your preference. The room has underfloor heating with its own thermostat. The door is fitted with a lock.


There is a downstairs toilet and we’re installing a downstairs shower in the utility room, this will be ready before you move in.

You will have access to our large kitchen dining room with sliding doors to huge garden. 3 of us are vegetarian, meat eaters welcome but prefer meat is not cooked all the time.

We live in the 4 bedrooms upstairs and have an upstairs family bathroom with a bath any shower.

We’re looking for someone who likes a family environment and doesn’t mind a bit of noise and mess in our lively household. Ask us anything!


Monthly single rate £650 per month.
Weekly rate £250 per week.
Couples rate £1000 per month.
Bills included. Council tax, electricity (no gas as heated by air source heat pump), broadband, water, weekly cleaner in communal spaces.

Not including contents insurance.
