Our house is spacious, modern and well located in central Chichester. St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester Sports and Tennis centre, The Festival Theatre, Chichester University and New Park Cinema are all 5 minutes walk away, as is the beautiful Cathedral city centre, with all its amenities; library, restaurants, bars and shops.
We have three lovely professional tenants at present; one large first floor double room with a family bathroom (shared by 1 other person) is available to rent from 1/08/26 This would suit a single professional needing a good amount of space and a friendly and hard working group of people to share with.
Other fully modernised amenities are shared by the household, which includes open plan kitchen, living room and separate washing and drying rooms. Cleaning of shared spaces, as well as gardening are done by ourselves.
