Light-filled single/double room available in our peaceful detached house in Chichester/Fishbourne. Surrounded by fields and birds but 15 min walk from town, our home is perfect for someone who enjoys a calm, nature-connected lifestyle.

Location
We’re directly across the road from miles of walking trails, a 5-minute walk from Fishbourne Station, and have a bus stop right outside the house with regular services into Chichester. There’s also quick access to the A27 and Tesco is just down the road.

The Room
Ground floor room (we are upstairs) with a bathroom we rarely use the room is furnished as a single with rail and chest of drawers and desk and shelves, bed can convert to a double. Dual-aspect windows with lots of natural light

The House
Our home has a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a
mature garden with a natural pond and masses of flowers and birds. We have an outdoor seating and dining area and potential access to a garden workshop for those studying crafts. Our two bedrooms are upstairs both with bathrooms so the downstairs bathroom is rarely used by us.
