Single person required to share house annexe

The double size room overlooks our garden and is part of an annexe to our home. It has a double bed, wardrobe, lots of shelves and a desk in the bay window. The annexe is completely self contained and has its own door from outside. The kitchen, living room and shower room are shared with the two guys here. They are very quiet and work quite long hours. There are no extra bills to pay as everything is included.

The gate on the main road is almost opposite the bus stop and the bus takes about 10 minutes to central Chichester. There are 2/3 an hour depending on the time of day. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into town, passing the Tesco superstore (10 mins walk) and the Westgate Leisure Centre (15mins walk) and Fishbourne has a railway station which is just under 15 mins walk.
