We have two comfortable double rooms available for rent in our welcoming home. Both rooms are well-sized and ideal for professionals looking for a flexible living arrangement on a rolling contract.

Room 1: Ensuite Double with Balcony
• A cozy double room featuring its own ensuite bathroom.
• Includes a private balcony for a bit of outdoor space.
• Furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, and there’s room to set up a small home office area if needed.

Room 2: Double Room with Private Bathroom
• Another comfortable double room with a queen-sized bed.
• Comes with its own private bathroom (not ensuite, but just for this room).
• Also furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, making it a nice private space.

About the Home & Terms:
• Located in the Graylingwell area of Chichester, just a 10-minute walk to the university and about 15 minutes to St. Richard’s Hospital.
• We’re offering a flexible rolling contract: start with a two-month initial term and then continue month-to-month. Rent is £700 per month per room, all bills included.
