I am terrible photographer, but I promise my house is worth it, might as well view it and enjoy a drink on the house..

I have a small double room to rent in Stockbridge/Donnington area, just past the Co-Op (2min walk). Part Furnished. The house has an open plan kitchen/ living room, perfect for hosting dinner parties, with a large conservatory and a south facing garden with a gas BBQ.

18min walk to Chichester Station, 23min walk to town centre.

Crown & Anchor, Dell Quay- 4min drive, 30min walk.

Bus stop at end of road, 4mins to City Centre or 15 mins to Witterings.

Parking Space in Off Road Private compound behind property, access through back garden gate.
