Smart well appointed en-suite double room in a new build house on a quiet residential street. A cozy family home, you’ll be living with mum and adult daughter, all bills included. We are looking for a friendly easygoing house mate who is respectful of our home but who is relaxed and makes themselves at home. Strictly no smoking, going outside to smoke won’t cut it.
