Smart newly decorated double ground floor bedroom in a family home within walking distance to central Chichester.
I have two grown up children who come to stay some weekends and holidays and my mother lives in a self contained flat to the side of the house.
The room will be rented with a small double bed, nearly new mattress, desk, chair, shelving and wardrobe. Use of beautiful garden and summer house.
The large living room/kitchen has a sofa and dining table and opens out onto the patio.
I have separate lounge for my sole use and office space.
There is a shower room next door to the bedroom which will be mainly for the your use, potentially one other (if i let other room out) as I have other bathrooms upstairs.
New washer and dryer and large utility area.
I am a professional person, sociable and friendly. I enjoy travel, Zumba and gym classes. My family are important to me. My children are aged 20 and 22 years, also sociable, warm and fun.
I have rented the room twice to two young males who have been great tenants. I am looking for a personable, professional person who is respectful of others and will keep the room and kitchen clean and tidy.
I would consider a professional who wants to lodge week days only for a negotiable rate and have a smaller room to rent from January which could be considered for this purpose.
