Lodger sought for centrally located newly refurbished 2 bed, 2 bath detached bungalow.

We are looking for a professional or mature student to enjoy and respect this rather wonderful home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Chichester. We'd prefer not to have someone who works from home more than a day a week.

The room is a double room (single occupancy) in a 2 bedroom bungalow, we have an ensuite so bathroom wouldn't be shared. We are 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and less to St Richards hospital.

The bungalow has just been renovated, new bathrooms, kitchen, new boiler and heating, rewired and plumbed, new windows and fully redecorated. Gardens are still a work in progress but there is plenty of outside space. Utility room with washing machine etc. Rent includes all bills ( Rent £625/m + £125/m bills), high speed internet + own TV in room.

Room will be available about the 24th January, viewings on/ after the 14th.
Permit parking on street may be possible. No pets at present but may be a cat in future.
