Double Bedroom let (1-9mo) in house with small dog

I'm a student and I live with my small dog, Keiko, (as seen in photos). I'm a pretty chill person and spend my down time reading, relaxing with my dog, or playing piano. I don't have frequent guests aside from the sporadic DnD session.

The room is south facing, with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a small desk. Bedding is available in the house but you're also welcome to bring your own :)
Additionally you can decorate the room as much as you like (within reason) - I'm also happy to install items on the wall.

There is a shared living/dining room and kitchen (which has a dishwasher and combi washer/dryer). The upstairs bathroom has separate shower and bath and there's also a downstairs toilet.
There is a drive that -can- fit 2 cars (if you block each other in) and there is typically space for parking on the road next to the house.

Council tax band C - council tax comes to ~£129/month (with a single person discount) and is not included in rent. All other bills are included.

Ideal tennant is friendly, likes dogs, and is respectful (some of my furniture is very old)
