Bills at the property are all-inclusive - including gas, electricity, council tax, water supply, waste water and high speed internet.

The existing flatmate is a male in his mid-twenties, who is working and also studying as a postgraduate. He is looking for a friendly, chilled-out housemate to share his comfortable home.

The room is furnished with solid wood double bed, luxury mattress and chest of drawers. There is also a large fitted wardrobe.

Parking is available on street, with a council permit costing around £70 per year.

N. B: our properties are not allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We will always hold a number of viewings over a period fo several days and will then invite a preferred candidate to progress an application. We will choose applicants on the basis of factors such as job security, income, credit score and compatibility with existing housemates.
