Double room/single bed in family home

Comfy double room with a single bed available in a family home. There is a bathroom downstairs, opposite the bedroom. The children use the bathroom upstairs. We have a large living room with a big open plan kitchen and a big back garden and patio, which you can use. There is also a washing machine.
Gas/electricity/water/internet (reasonable usage) included. Subscription streaming TV not included.
We are an easy-going family. Lots of activities at the weekends. We love dinners together, watching films in the winter, sitting around the firepit in the summer.
It is a 15-minute walk down the canal or the main road to get to the train station and into town.
