Double room/single bed in family home

Comfy double room with a single bed available in a family home. (Parent with 2 kids, aged 14 and 10 and a cat.) There is a bathroom downstairs, opposite the bedroom. The children use the bathroom upstairs. We have a large living room with a big open plan kitchen and a big back garden and patio, which you can use. There is also a washing machine.
Gas/electricity/water/internet (reasonable usage) included. Subscription streaming TV not included.
We are an easygoing family. Lots of activities at the weekends. We love dinners together, watching films in the winter, sitting around the firepit in the summer.
It is a 15-minute walk down the canal or the main road to get to the train station and into town.
