Hi, we now have a lovely double bedroom available in our semi-detached house. Our current lodger has been with us for 3 years and loves it here. We are a 4 min walk to the Hospital, a 5 min walk to open countryside and a 15 min walk into the city. We are looking for someone who loves dogs, as we have an ageing dog living with us. We have 3 bathrooms and the double room has a shared bathroom. The price includes free 'in room only' netflix and we have super fast broadband. The house has full gch etc, the price includes fridge and freezer space. We have a lounge area with sofa and fully fitted kitchen with separate dining table that can be extended. We also have an outdoor dining space. This house is a 'no label' house, we don't care what religion or sexuality you are.
