Lovely Double Bedroom 15 min walk into City

Hi, we now have a lovely double bedroom available in our semi-detached house. Our current lodger has been with us for 3 years and loves it here. We are a 4 min walk to the Hospital, a 5 min walk to open countryside and a 15 min walk into the city. We are looking for someone who loves dogs, as we have an ageing dog living with us. We have 3 bathrooms and the double room has a shared bathroom with the landlords. The price includes free 'in room only' netflix and we have super fast broadband. The house has full gch etc. We have a lounge area with sofa and home cinema, fully fitted kitchen with separate dining table that can be extended. We also have an outdoor dining space. This house is a 'no label' house, we don't care what religion or sexuality you are. Our ideal age group is 28-55 although we will consider respectful Rolls Royce interns. We are laid back and like a mixture of music e. g Dance, trance etc but definitely no heavy metal/Rock.
