We have available a fully furnished double bedroom in the attic, in this deceptively large house. The room is light, airy and clean with a new carpet.
There is a kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A shared lounge and conservatory/ dining room which leads on to the enclosed garden.

There are two bathrooms one of which is on the ground floor with a shower and the other one is upstairs and has just been redecorated and has a bath with a shower over.

There is a cleaner to keep all the shared areas neat, clean and tidy so the house is always immaculate.
There is residents on street parking. The house is in a very convenient location for walking into town. approx 10 mins
