In a very quiet cul de sac on the south downs. Ideal for any cyclists, walkers, runners. A good village pub & farms shops only a 10 min walk away. 15 min drive to Chichester city centre. Bosham and Nutbourne train stations fairly close. Use of pushbike/s are available. Beautiful Views over farm land Bosham Church spire and out to the sea on the horizon. Available from end 9th June 2018 The 3 rooms are located within the rear of the house. Washing machine & dryer in seperate room by our back door. Freezer is in outhouse.
