Room to let

I have female lodger and looking to have another female at this moment in time .
I do shift work so not in every evening.
I am looking to have a lodger in place of the one who has left.
Use of the living room to watch tv which has Sky plus, so can record your favourite shows if required.
I am a live in landlord ( male ).
Can ask them for references if so required.
Wifi through out.

Large kitchen/ diner.
Washing and dry machine.
Patio and good size garden.
family home.
Has one bathroom NO En Suite.

My other room a single bedroom newly redecorated . plenty of storage space.

Quiet house for those requiring time to think and yet the city is within walking distance of a vibrant city
