Rooms Available Just Outside Of Chichester

Just one more double available in our house just outside of Chichester from the 5th November.

The house is just 5 minutes walk to Fishbourne train station, and a few minutes drive or a short cycle from the centre of Chichester.

We have been really lucky with our past tenants and are looking for someone just like them; friendly, clean and considerate.

There are no fees to pay, no referencing, no admin fees and everything is included in your monthly bill, including:

- Communal area cleaner (great for house well-being)
- All utilities (gas/electricity/water)
- Fibre internet
- Netflix

I believe happy tenants make happy landlords and as such I'm amenable and supportive of my tenants with all rooms furnished to a high standard and flexibility you would be hard pushed to find elsewhere.
