I am seeking a single, mature professional person to share my home. This is a quiet neighbourhood within 10 minutes easy walk to the centre of Chichester.

The room is single and unfurnished, and there is street parking with a permit, or adjacent street parking without permit.
NOTE: If you would like to take this room monday to friday, the room can be offered with a bed.

Shared facilities include

• sunny garden
• washing machine
• wireless internet access
• kitchen
• living room

The rent includes everything but share of gas and electric, and use of landline.

Please note I am seeking a mature professional. There is no cleaner, so I would expect you to participate in cleaning.
