A single room is available in this lovely 3 bedroom house from early June. A 10 minute walk from Chichester town centre, the property comprises of:

. Communal lounge (working fireplace)
. Kitchen (Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer)
. Bathroom
. Large garden with decking (storage and a summerhouse)
. Off road parking


Currently there is no wi-fi as we are all using separate dongle devices (however we are considering wi-fi). Utilities come to roughly £130pcm split between the three bedrooms during the colder months and less with warmer weather. Council tax is around £187pcm again split between the three bedrooms.

We are looking for a clean, mature individual seeking a social but respectful house share. Preferably we're looking for a like-minded professional who shares similar interests and who is not only easy going but also responsible.

There is no security deposit, however the fees are £300 and referencing costs £75+vat (around £92). Of course you will also need your first months rent and reliable references from an employer and previous landlord. DSS is welcome however you do need to pay the full 6 months rent up front as well as the fees if that is the case.
