Lovely, spacious room, must see!

I have a nice, good size single room to rent in a shared new build beautiful house, bills are included, internet as well. The room is furnished with a single bed, and a wardrobe and some other bits and pieces. There is lovely garden and living room connected with the kitchen for everyone to use. We are really friendly, respectful and CLEAN people (we have very easy cleaning rota which makes the house nice and tidy) and also looking for someone like us!
