Nice 3 bedroom house with garden and conservatory

Hi there

I am looking for a house mate to share a 3-bedroom house with. The house is in a quiet area, with a large living room, garden with patio, big conservatory, attached garage and off-street parking. 1 bedroom is taken by myself, the other 2 are for share for 1 person. May ask the landlady to remove the wall to make one large room.

I am currently working as a professional near Chichester, looking for a long term house mate of any gender. I'm a laid back person and quiet when at home, but like to go out for drinks in pubs with good live music.
