**Double room available in a shared house**

A double room in a spacious 2 bedroom, shared house. About 10 mins walk from Chichester town centre, already furnished by current occupants. Has a lovely garden for summer BBQs and sunbathing!! I am looking for a mature student/professional female who is easy going and sociable, but also organised and reliable with bills etc. Bills and council tax are not included, however aren't too expensive.. All yearly bills are already paid for so will just be gas, electric and internet to pay as we use!!!!!
