Double room close to Chichester centre

We have a double room for rent in our three bedroom house for a single working professional.
The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe and chest of draws. The window looks out west over the garden and (if you squint) you can see the cathedral spire.
There is a lounge and large kitchen and a nice west facing garden for the summer months. Bathroom is shared but there is downstairs loo as well!
The house is situated down a quiet tree lined cul-de-sac, has off road parking, and is a short ten minutes’ walk to the town centre.
The price of £475 per calendar month includes all bills including broadband (£400 for Monday to Friday).
We are couple in our early thirties and enjoy going out (particularly eating out), going to the pub, cinema and cooking.

We normally like to keep the house relatively clean and tidy so anyone moving in will also have to lend a hand! Regrets this is a non smoking house.
