Single room close to town centre and university

Hi,

I have a spare room to rent for £340 per month, which includes, water, electricity and internet. The room is a decent size, lots of floor space, and comes with a desk, a chair and a closet.

All three of us currently living here are students; I will be starting a masters degree in September and my housemates are both going into their third years. We are all 21.

We would prefer to live with another student, but we'll take anyone who is reliable, considerate and easy to get along with.

The contract is for 12 months, as I said the rent includes water, electricity and internet. There is no deposit as we have paid it already.
