Spacious and homely flat situated 2 minute walk away from the station and town centre in Chichester, West Sussex. The flat has a large living and dining area, 2 large double bedrooms, one kitchen and one large bathroom. Bills are cheap and there is already freeview and broadband set up. My flat mate Pippa works in events and is great to live with. The room is available from the 20th October, references and paperwork will need to be sorted with the estate agents in order to sort the contract first however. The rental contract can be either 6 months or a year.

I am sadly leaving due to my job and I’m looking for someone to take my place in the flat, if a bed is needed I can leave that and the house is already furnished therefore there’s not much that needs buying, if anything. Please email me if you are interested or have any questions.
