A lovely , well furnished room available for single occupancy ( female preferred) in a nicely furnished 4 bedroom house in the heart of Chichester – close to the rail station, water canal and only a few minutes walk to the centre of town and the hospital .
The house is for 4 people with one female and two males currently sharing. It’s a friendly house with shared facilities which are kept clean and tidy with a nice lounge, bathroom, a garden, patio area, , bike shed, garage and parking at the front and back of the house.
The rent includes TV with BT connect, wifi/ broadband and all household bills including gas and electric (based on average usage). There are all the usual kitchen appliances. The house has been double insulated so it is warm and cozy throughout the year.
The tenants are all professionals working in or around Chichester and are friendly, warm and keen to mix with new people.
