We are a young professional couple with four month old baby that are looking for someone to rent our spare room.
We are looking for someone that is friendly, neat and tidy & are happy to consider both male & female tenants. It will ultimately depend on how well we feel we will get on :-)
Would prefer a professional person, however will also consider students.
The house is less than 20-minutes walk from the train station of Chichester.
1 double bedroom is available to rent with parking:
These is semi furnished room, with inbuild wardrobe.
The rent includes all bills & internet.
Use of bathroom, kitchen & washing machine is obviously fine although we expect the tenant to leave the areas clean and tidy i. e wash up and put away after each meal.
Our house is very homely, cozy, clean and tidy.
