I am due to be moving into a new 2 bed flat early December and looking for someone to rent the second bedroom.
It is a good size double, can be furnished or unfurnished. Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room area. An outside balcony/terrace. Plenty of parking available.
Located a short walk from town centre (approx 20mins) and train station (approx 25mins).
I'm pretty easy going, looking for someone similar. I work shifts including some weekends so you will often have the place to yourself!
