Double room with bathroom in Chichester

Large double bedroom with use of the family bathroom right next door and a floor of the house to yourself.

My house is a decent sized town house over three floors and you would be renting the equal biggest bedroom on the top floor. Whilst I might occasionally need to bath the dog, my en suite on the middle floor means you won't need to share the bathroom with basin, bath and power shower.

The kitchen is shared with me and the dog and I'll even throw in a weekly bathroom clean. All bills including broadband are inclusive.

The house is less than 5 minutes walk to the hospital, 10 minutes to the Uni, 15 minutes into town and 10 minutes to Sainsbury's.

Girls are preferred but tidy boys will be considered. Sorry no pets, professionals only, similar age range to me, pride in your surroundings and cleanliness a MUST! References will be taken up, £300 security deposit and a month upfront required.

You'll need to sign a rolling contract cancellable by either party with a month's notice. Rent payable by bank transfer on the same day each month. Any queries ping me a message.
