Double room all bills included broadband access, tidy house in quiet suburb walking distance of the City. Furnished, Central heating and very tidy with parking available. Professional working person would be ideal or mature student. The location is ideal for working or studying in Chichester. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get on with and happy for us to both go about our daily business. The room is a very good size and the bathroom has a shower it's a lovely place to live.
